Please feel free to contact us. We will get back to you with 1-2 business days. Or just call us now.

Managing shutdowns and projects expertly and efficiently requires careful planning and diligent execution.

1) Seal off the welding area.

2) House the heat source.

3) Confine sparks and splatter.

4) Eliminate the need for shutdowns.

5) Provide a positive barrier between welding and flammables.

6) LEL Detector set at 5% LEL

7) H2S Detector set at 10ppm

8) Closes down all electrical and air tools if one of the following occurs:

  • Gas Detection (H2S & LEL)
  • Loss of Overpressure
  • Emergency Isolation Stop

Isolation Concept

The Positive Pressure Welding Enclosure (PPWE) system offers two critical properties:

Containment: The panel arrangement ensures that grinding sparks and/or welding slag cannot escape from the enclosure.

Pressurization: The inflation method generates an internal overpressure that serves as a barrier to prevent the ingress of hydrocarbons.

To summarize: Hydrocarbons + Hot Work = Habitats
