Internal / External Cutting Solutions

POSS offers innovative integrated systems for cutting pipes of various sizes, including the following:

1-Internal cold cutting:
It is a multi-function system, which can accommodate a wide range of casing O.D. s above the wellhead and I.D. cuts below. Based on Low Clearance Split Frame Technology, the casing cutter splits to mount around the casing O.D. above the wellhead. The Split Frame requires minimal axial and radial clearance.

To cut and/or bevel casing below the wellhead, an internal part and bevel attachment mounts to the Split Frame rotating ring. The time the wellhead must remain open is decreased due to its ability to cut at various depths.

2- External cold cutting:
POSS offers portable pipe-cutting machines for subsea/ surface cutting and beveling to all pipe sizes, schedules, and materials.

– Their split frame configuration allows their opening in 2 half-shells

3- Subsea diamond wire cutting:
