Material specification

• All the material specifications for hot-rolled plates and profiles are specified in European standards.
• All materials used in the construction of cargo-carrying units must adhere to European standards.
• All the material used in fabrication follows EN standards.

Design Calculation:

Design Calculation follows DNV

The design appraisal is revised by a third party.

Fabrication

• Fabrication will be carried out according to AISC 89
• All internal welds must be continuous and adhere to ASME IX and AWS D1.1.
• All welds and sharp edges are to be ground, and all spatter is to be removed.

Testing and inspection

-NDT and UT will be carried out following industry standards and applicable codes.

Documents and certificates

• As-built drawings, Material certificates,
• Material traceability, fabrication drawings, and fabrication procedures
• Welding manual (WPS, PQR, welding map, welders list, WQTR, etc.)
• NDT procedures and reports, NDT operators’ qualification reports.
• Painting/marking procedure & inspection reports (visual, color, and thickness).
• Packing list and shipping documents.
